INGREDIENTS
- 125 g dried figs (or dates or apricots)
- 125 g peeled walnuts
- 100 g raisins
- Lemon peel
- Desiccated coconut
- 2 tsps. of BRAINZ Organic Guarana Powder
- 1 tbsp. of BRAINZ Organic Freeze-dried Acerola powder
- 1 tbsp. of BRAINZ Organic Freeze-dried Acerola powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put figs and walnuts into a bowl with water and let them soak for 1 hour.
- Pour away the water and put the soaked figs and walnuts into a mixer. Add the Acerola, Acai and Guarana powder and rasped lemon peel of ¼ lemon.
- Mash carefully to a thick pulp. Finally, add the raisins and knead the dough properly. Form small balls.
- Spread the desiccated coconut on a plate and roll the balls in it.
- Store in a cool place. Make 16-20 balls.
