Edimar’s coffee grows at altitudes of between 1200 - 1500m beside natural springs and waterfalls. He produces microlots from handpicked coffee with zero agrotoxics. He removes the skin from the cherry, leaving the coffee to dry with the fruity honey flesh. This process makes for a consistent aromatic beverage with a superior quality and more balanced acidity. Carries citrus and floral notes with a caramel chocolate finish.
