Magela’s coffee is produced in microlots in a 2 hectare farm, at an altitude of 1,145m. He works in synergy with the native bush and uses no agrotoxics. The coffee cherries are dried naturally in the sun, in it’s skin, resulting in a sweeter and more uniform product. The beans are lightly fermented and present a subtle nutty, vanilla, and orange notes, with a medium acidity and a characteristic chocolate finish.
